UFC 125: NATE DIAZ vs DONG HYUN KIM

On New Year's Day, UFC 125 brings together Nate Diaz and Dong Hyun Kim for a welterweight matchup at Live Event "Resolution" held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Nevada.

Nate Diaz, younger brother of Nick Diaz (current Strikeforce Welterweight Champion), moved up division from Lightweight this past year. With just two fights in, he has silenced his opponents. Knocking out Rory Markham, submitting Marcus Davis, what will he do when placed inside the octagon with DHK? 9 out of his 13 wins were by submission, that makes sense considering he trains Brazillian JuiJitsu with Cesar Gracie. Will Nate be able to take Kim down and pull off a submission?

Dong Hyun Kim, virtually undefeated in his career. With 13 wins, 1 draw and 1 no contest, Kim looks to be an unstoppable force. Although Kim has had some great knockouts in his career, since joining the UFC roster, hasn't shown much of this knockout power as he did when fighting for the DEEP promotion. Now concentrating more about pulling off a win even if it's by decision and not by knockout. With pressure on him to stay undefeated, will he fold or rise to the occasion?
